J. François Lalonde

President & CEO, Director

Mr. Lalonde holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal and has been a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec since 1984.  He is an independent consulting civil engineer and has worked for and consulted to multinational engineering and construction companies such as SNC-Lavalin (Canadian company based in Montreal) and Bouygues Travaux Publics (French firm based in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines). Mr. Lalonde has also participated in international business development for the Quebec firm Pomerleau Construction. He has in-depth knowledge of markets in Canada, United States, Middle East and Africa, where he most notably participated in large-scale energy, motorway and other infrastructure development projects.

Mr. Lalonde is also a director of Stellar AfricaGold Inc. (TSXV: SPX). He was formerly a director of Algold Resources LTD. (TSXV: ALG)


John Cumming, BA, LLB, LLM (London)

Vice-President, Secretary and Director

Mr. Cumming is a corporate, securities and mining lawyer and businessman. Mr. Cumming graduated from the University of BC with a Bachelor of Arts (1974) and Bachelor of Laws (1977) and from Kings College, University of London with a Masters of Law (1993), and has been active in the Canadian securities markets and resource exploration sector since 1978. From 1978 through 1992 Mr. Cumming was in private practice and was the senior securities and mining law partner at a mid-sized Vancouver law firm. Mr. Cumming maintains his practice primarily restricting his services to corporations in which he has a direct interest.

He was a founding shareholder of St. Philips Resources Inc. which, in joint venture with the Hunter Dickinson Group, found the Kemess Gold Copper Mine.  Both joint venture companies were sold in 1996 in a $200 million take-over bid.  The Kemess Mine is the principal asset of Northgate Minerals Corporation producing 300,000 ounces of gold and 80 million pounds of copper annually.

Mr. Cumming is a Director and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and General Counsel of Merrex Gold Inc., a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Sniper Resources Ltd. and a Director of Elcora Resources Inc. He was previously a director of Net Soft Systems Inc. (now Rhys Resources Limited), director and President of ComWest Enterprise Corp. and director and Executive Vice-President and General Counsel of Frontline Gold Corp.


Gregory Isenor, P.Geo.


 Mr. Isenor holds a Bachelor of Science degree (1970) from Acadia University and is a professional geologist, NI43-101 qualified person and businessman with over 40 years of experience in the mineral exploration and oil and gas resource industries.  He has worked throughout the world including North America, Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand and has been actively involved with the Glencoe Limestone Project for over 21 years.

Mr. Isenor is a member of the Association of Professional Geologists of Nova Scotia, served as a Director of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada for 12 years and is a past president of both the Chamber of Mineral Resources of Nova Scotia and the Mining Society of Nova Scotia.  He is currently the President & CEO of Merrex Gold Inc., a publicly traded company with gold assets in West Africa and Canada.  He has served as a director and officer of several other public resource companies during his career.
